Overview
Fire is the answer to a Greydwarf Shaman: it is very weak to it, while poison barely registers and spirit does nothing. This black forest enemy drops pukeberries alongside resin and wood, with a small chance at its trophy. The greydwarf eye it drops is the same one regular greydwarfs give.
Tactics
Shamans appear in black forest groups and keep a fight messy for less prepared players, but they are not a wall. They have 60 health and are very weak to fire, so a couple of fire arrows or a torch follow-up will kill them quickly.
Do not bring poison; they resist it. Spirit does nothing to them, so leave that weapon type at home. Blunt, slash, and pierce all work at normal effectiveness, so a standard melee weapon is fine if you can close the distance.
They drop pukeberries, resin, and wood, plus a greydwarf eye at 50%. The trophy is a 10% drop; if you want it, expect to kill several. The materials are incidental and not worth going out of your way for, but the eye drop makes them a reasonable target while you are already clearing black forest.
